PRIMARY SERVICES

  • Programming & Space Planning:

    Identifies the project scope, financial capability, quality and estimated costs.

  • Schematic Design:

    Includes the development of a site plan, floor plan and building elevations.

  • Design Development:

    Develops the schematic design further. Identifies mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; interior components; material types and special requirements.

  • Construction Documents:

    Consists of detailed architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical drawings. Also includes a project manual with building instructions, contract information and detailed specifications.

  • Bidding:

    Promote the project to qualified Contractors, clarify any questions and assist in evaluating bids.

  • Construction Observations:

    On-site inspections and coordination with the Owner and Contractor to assure project goals are reached.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • 3D Modeling and Renderings:

    Develops computer models to review design ideas and details to produce a final rendering to help promote the project.

  • Master Planning:

    Used for long-range project planning, we identify the client's goals and methods for reaching those goals.

  • Historic Preservation:

    Design methods to foster and preserve historic buildings that have heritage, cultural, aesthic and envirmental significants.

  • Code Review and ADA Compliance:

    Recommendations to meet all local and state building codes and handicap accessibility provisions. Our primary goal is to include designs that meet health, safety and welfare concerns.
